Guru Samman 2024
A senior faculty member & HOD of the Department of Hindi, Ms. Seema Singh was awarded ‘Guru Samman’ for her excellent work in the field of Hindi and education. The award ceremony, organized by Prabhat Khabar, a national level popular Hindi daily, was held on 6th July 2024 at the National Library. B.D.M. International congratulates her for this outstanding achievement.

Intach Filimit India Film Festival

B.D.M. International continues to receive awards and accolades as the learners continue to excel. The students had the opportunity to attend the workshop organised by INTACH FILIMIT INDIA FILM FESTIVAL. Being part of this national film festival, the students have received the award for the Best Documentary Film for – “Ethos of Kumartuli” and the Best Visuals Award for the film – “City of Joy”. The school’s participation in this prestigious event not only made the learners learn the nuances of filmmaking but also received appreciation in the form of certificates, badges and books for their effort.

3rd Excellence in Education Awards 2023 Message from the Principal. 23.08.23, was one of the most significant days in the life of every Indian, when we successfully landed on the moon. On the very same day, another extremely significant event happened in my life. I was conferred with the prestigious ‘Excellence In Education Award, 2023’ under the banner of Intelligent Mind Trust, New Delhi, and the Government of Mauritius. The honour of receiving the award from the President of a nation can’t be explained in words. The comments from the Dy. Prime Minister of Mauritius, about my travel this far in the field of education was something that got me goosebumps on the stage. I hereby dedicate this award to all my seniors and mentors, who have shown their confidence in my work, my students, teachers, colleagues and my entire team, who have been supporting me throughout my professional journey over these 24 years, and who have been helping me realise the dreams I have had towards building happy schools. Above all, I thank God for leading me in the path of dedication and honesty.

Interact Club Awards - 6th July 2023

B.D.M. International received 2 prizes in the following categories:
1. 2nd Prize – Water and Sanitization
2. School with the highest number of interactors. Our total number of interactors is 487.
Thanks to Ms. Manisha, Mr. Vikram, Ms. Sudeshna, and all others at RC Chowrenghee for showing us the way.
This was BDMI’s 1st year of interact activities. This recognition is highly motivating for our students.

Certificate of Merit is awarded to the top 0.1 % of successful candidates for their outstanding performance at the Secondary and Senior School Certificate Examinations every year from this school.

Certificates of recognition are awarded to students af Class X who have done well for the Preceding 2 or 3 years in the fields other than academics viz; (a) Art Education, (b) Craft Education.

Apart from the awards mentioned above the school also recognizes the all-rounders from each class and from all branches.
